Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sudoku mobile application (the “App”) provided by Individual Entrepreneur Levon Tumasov (Tumasov Levon Sergeevich, YATT), trading as Dust999Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Who may use the App

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. The App is not directed specifically to children under 13.

License to use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Gameplay and availability

The App includes Sudoku puzzles, difficulty levels, daily challenges, achievements, tournaments, leagues, statistics, virtual items, advertising, and other features. Features may differ by device, platform, version, location, or eligibility. Internet access may be required for some functions.

Descriptions of focus, memory, attention, or cognitive benefits are general descriptions of puzzle play and are not medical, psychological, or educational advice. We do not promise any specific health, cognitive, or performance result.

Advertising

The App displays advertising supplied by Unity Ads or other disclosed providers. Ads may be contextual or personalized where permitted by law and by your consent choices. We do not control the content or availability of third-party advertisements, and an advertisement is not an endorsement by Dust999Games. Your interaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

In-app purchases

The App offers digital items, premium features, ad-removal options, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases (“Purchases”). The final price, currency, taxes, renewal terms, and other purchase details will be shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm a Purchase.

• Purchases are processed by the store associated with your device and are subject to that store’s terms.
• Digital items and entitlements are licensed, not sold; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the App unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• You are responsible for charges authorized through your store account, including charges made by anyone you permit to use that account.
• Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled under the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law. Requests should normally be submitted through Apple or Google Play.
• We may require a valid transaction receipt or store confirmation to restore or support a Purchase.

Analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration

We use Firebase Analytics to measure App usage, Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and stability problems, and Firebase Remote Config to adjust supported features, balancing, offers, or App behavior. Use of these services and Unity Ads is described in our Privacy Policy. Where required, optional analytics, personalized advertising, or tracking will depend on your consent choices.

Device security, internet access, and charges

Some App functions require an active internet connection. The App may not work fully when your connection is unavailable, unstable, or restricted. You are responsible for mobile-data, roaming, internet-provider, and other third-party charges associated with using the App. If you are not the person who pays for the device or connection, you confirm that you have that person’s permission to use them.

You are responsible for keeping your device and store account secure and sufficiently charged. Rooting, jailbreaking, or otherwise removing platform security restrictions may expose the device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the App or purchase verification to work incorrectly.

Updates and changes to the App

We may update, add, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features to improve gameplay, address technical or security issues, comply with law or store rules, or support the App. Remote Config may be used for supported changes that do not require a new App release. We will not use these Terms to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• cheat, manipulate scores, tournaments, purchases, advertising, or App systems;
• use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, modified clients, or unauthorized third-party tools;
• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• bypass security, access controls, purchase verification, or advertising controls;
• interfere with servers, networks, other users, or normal operation of the App;
• use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; or
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Ownership

The App and its software, artwork, design, text, sounds, trademarks, and other content are owned by Individual Entrepreneur Levon Tumasov, trading as Dust999Games, or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, Unity Ads, Apple, and Google Play, and may link to other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that progress, rankings, events, offers, or content will always remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dust999Games and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of progress, loss of profits, or loss arising from third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App during the 12 months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to online features if you materially violate these Terms, threaten security, commit fraud, or where needed to comply with law or store requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing rules and disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or connected with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws and any non-waivable right to bring a claim in your country remain unaffected. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, our services, store requirements, or applicable law changes. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use the App after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where affirmative consent is legally required.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the affected provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law.
