Individual Entrepreneur Levon Tumasov (Tumasov Levon Sergeevich, YATT), trading as Dust999Games (“Dust999Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provides the Sudoku mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, why it is used, and what choices you have.
Information processed by the App
Gameplay and device data
The App stores gameplay progress, settings, achievements, and purchase entitlements on your device. The services listed below process technical and usage information required to operate, measure, improve, and support the App.
Firebase Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used. Depending on platform settings and our configuration, the information processed includes app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, approximate location derived from a masked IP address, sessions, screen views, gameplay events, achievements, and in-app purchase events such as product ID, name, and price. We do not intend to send names, email addresses, or other direct contact details to Analytics.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports and diagnostic data, including crash stack traces, relevant app state, device metadata, app version, installation identifiers, and developer-provided diagnostic logs or identifiers if those features are enabled. We use this information to identify crashes, investigate technical problems, and improve stability.
Firebase Remote Config
Firebase Remote Config processes a Firebase installation identifier and technical context such as app version, platform, language, region, and Analytics audiences or user properties when configured. This lets us safely adjust features, difficulty balancing, offers, and other App behavior without requiring a new store release.
Unity Ads
The App displays advertising supplied by Unity Ads. Depending on the device, region, consent choices, and our configuration, Unity processes device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, app usage, and purchase-related information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and, where permitted, personalization. Where the law requires consent, we will request it before activating optional personalized advertising or related tracking.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card details. We receive and retain purchase-related information such as the product purchased, transaction or receipt status, price and currency, purchase time, refund status, and entitlement information so that we can deliver or restore purchased content, provide support, and prevent fraud.
How we use information
- to operate, maintain, and improve the App;
- to understand usage and balance gameplay;
- to diagnose crashes and technical problems;
- to deliver configuration changes and feature experiments;
- to display, measure, and secure advertising;
- to process, verify, and restore purchases;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- to comply with legal and store requirements.
Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent for optional analytics, personalized advertising, or tracking where consent is required. You may withdraw consent through the choices presented in the App or your device settings; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Service providers and sharing
We share the information described above with service providers only as needed for the purposes in this Policy. These providers include Google Firebase, Google, Unity, Apple, and Google Play. They process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell your direct contact information.
Retention and international transfers
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to provider settings, legal duties, fraud-prevention needs, and store requirements. Crashlytics crash reports are retained according to Firebase retention terms. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own and use safeguards required by applicable law for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can also control advertising identifiers and tracking through your iOS or Android settings. To make a privacy request, please use our contact page. We may need enough information to verify and complete your request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other direct contact details from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to applicable law, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Advertising and consent settings will be configured to meet applicable child-privacy and app-store requirements.
Third-party links
The App and advertisements may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy notice of any third-party service before providing information to it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App, our providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
